In today's context, we are constantly bombarded with information. This scenario directly impacts the entire employee journey within the organization, and the concept of Lifelong Learning in team development has become a key topic for leaders.

After all, considering the Attention Economy scenario, developed by Herbert Alexander Simon, economist and researcher in the fields of cognitive psychology, computer science, public administration, economic sociology, and philosophy, Simon viewed human attention as a scarce asset that can be monetized and treated as a commodity.

So, what should HR do to capture employees' attention and, in this way, create a development plan that keeps them engaged and focused on the organization?

In this episode of Clave Talks, we welcomed Laura Delgado, People and Culture Coordinator at Engie Soluções, explaining the concept of Lifelong Learning through individual learning actions.

Laura shares a new way to structure employee development in this scenario, creating programs in which the growth of the team happens through practical actions.
